Weigh in
I lost 6.5 pounds this week!
6/29: 424.5
6/22: 431.0
6/15: 436.0
6/8: 441.0
6/1 (Start): 453.0
Lost 28.5 lbs so far (about 6.3% of my start weight).
A LONG way to go…but I am feeling really good about this. I really believe I can do this for once. I just need to add in some exercise. I took a couple of good walks…but I need to ride that bike!
